Jacob KOBI Bernhardt

Kobi was a very special boy.  He was born with Down Syndrome in 2001 and gave the gift of life in 2019 at the young age of 18.  His gift saved 3 people, but lovingly, a toddler (who is now 8) with the gift of his healthy liver.  I will share the photo the recipient's mother made for us.  It shows the bond Kobi has with him in his afterlife. Kobi will always be our hero.
